【Abstract】 
ARCALIS is a CDMO specializing in mRNA therapeutics, providing integrated technologies from sequence design through GMP manufacturing. Its platform includes organ-selective delivery using lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) by fine-tuning LNP composition, a self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) system for sustained and efficient protein expression, and HARNA^TM, a codon optimization method based on a machine-learning-driven mRNA stability prediction model. In addition, our optimized T7 RNA polymerase minimizes dsRNA impurities, reducing undesirable immune responses. Together, these technologies improve protein expression durability, manufacturability, and safety of mRNA therapeutics.
