Title: Development of mRNA vaccine therapy to prevent cancer recurrence
Presenter: Dr.Tetsuya Nakatsura (Division of Cancer Immunotherapy, Exploratory Oncology Research & Clinical Trial Center, National Cancer Center)
Abstract: Dr.Nakatsura will present on the development of an mRNA vaccine targeting ten shared cancer antigens, with the aim of expanding applicability across various cancer types. This initiative builds upon insights gained from clinical trials of the GPC3 peptide vaccine. He will also share the latest results from ongoing studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of the mRNA vaccine using human HLA-expressing mouse models.

Title: Detailed Analysis of mRNA 5′ End Structures Using Nuclease P1 and Evaluation of the Immunogenicity of Non-Capped mRNA

Abstract: In this presentation, we report a novel analytical method for mRNA 5′ end structures and the immunogenicity of non-capped mRNA detected using this method. We further discuss non-capped mRNA from the perspective of quality assessment in mRNA therapeutics.
