Abstract: In mRNA drug development, one of the major challenges is achieving both rapid validation at the early-research stage and robust process design that is scalable to GMP manufacturing. In this presentation, we will introduce the overall concept of ARCALIS’s integrated platform, which provides end‑to‑end support from research and development to commercial manufacturing. This includes our “small‑batch, high‑mix services” ideal for screening, “in vitro/in vivo evaluations” for pharmacological and toxicological assessments, and “process development” for GMP manufacturing.
