　Title: Analysis of mRNA 5′ Capping Efficiency Using Nuclease P1

　Abstract: In this study, we report a novel analytical method for determining the 5′ capping efficiency
　　　　　using nuclease P1. This method facilitates rapid capping analysis and data processing, and
　　　　　reveals impurities not identified by the conventional RNase H method. This suggests that our
　　　　　method is more precise for evaluating the quality of mRNA therapeutics in terms of capping
　　　　　efficiency.
