Title: ARCALIS: Japan-Approved GMP Manufacturer of mRNA Medicines & Vaccines

Abstract: ARCALIS, Japan’s leading GMP-certified mRNA manufacturer, completed KOSTAIVE® production in 2024 and gained GMP certification in 2025. This self-amplifying mRNA vaccine, first approved in Japan and most recently approved in EU. In the presentation, we will introduce how our Minamisoma site produces mRNA API and LNP formulations, with a DP facility set to start operations in 2026, enabling full domestic production. At our Kashiwa-no-ha site, we support drug discovery research, showcasing our capability to assist in the entire process from research to commercial production, contributing to the global advancement of mRNA medicines.
